Thoughtfull Design for Air New Zealand / Skynest
ThoughtFull worked with Air New Zealand to develop the Skynest customer experience. Developing the end to end experience from how a customer would discover the Skynest, to the booking flow through to developing the in-flight service experience.
This was one of a number of future air cabin experiences we worked on with Air New Zealand.
